The Challenge
pai3.ai wanted to sell their node product to mainstream Web2 users, but the technical steps (wallet setup, smart contract interactions, and transaction signing) created high abandonment rates and user confusion.
The Solution
I built a streamlined Web2-first onboarding and checkout experience. This included an intuitive frontend, simplified node purchase UI, seamless wallet-less flow using Thirdweb, and a clean dashboard for managing purchases.
The Result
The new flow increased successful purchases, reduced user drop-off, and made node acquisition fully accessible to non-technical customers. pai3.ai now has a scalable foundation for onboarding thousands of Web2 users into their product ecosystem.
